Program philosophies are based on player and personal development.  We believe in developing each individual player's character, work ethic, knowledge, and skill set and appyling those attributes to team work and other life experiences.

Professional Instruction and Experienced Coaches

NWDS Staffing is made up of former and current collegiate and professional players.

Coaches are recruited and trained to apply their expertise to the structure of our development programs which brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our clients.

Academic-Style Approach to Training

NWDS isn't just a "Club" or facility, it is a Baseball Academy - our academic-style approach helps players to breakdown the game and really learn how to play fundamental baseball.  Players who participate in our programs will not only develop work ethic and develop skill, but more importantly, through advanced teachings develop baseball instincts.  Some say instincts can't be taught, but we believe they can be developed. 

Progressive Development

NWDS Staff, in their years of experience at the youth development, high school, collegiate, and professional levels of the game, have attained an acquired skill we call "projection" - which in baseball translates to the ability to help players prepare for the next level of the game.  Because no matter where you're at - everyone wants to play to the next level - and our expertise in player development will help you get there.
